Post sells support was awesome

I bought this product but the hardware the came with it was not sufficient for my case. Issue with how many standard vs reverse threaded bolts/nuts provided in the package. I contacted the vendor and explained the issue. They send me a new set of hardware at no cost. And they appreciated my packaging feedback. So far so good for $20 item. And I am impressed with the interest to help customer after sell.
